Study On The Cost Control Of NSBD02 Engineering Construction Project

In the open market competition today,construction enterprises are more and more competitive pressure.Domestic construction enterprises know that the threshold of construction technology and construction capacity can no longer bring stable profits.Under the premise of safe production,guaranteed time limit and highly homogeneous quality,engineering projects can only win the competition by controlling the cost and creating the price advantage.How to solve the problem of cost overruns on the premise of ensuring quality,safety and time limit,how to effectively control the construction cost with the help of cost control theory,reduce cost loss and promote profit increase is the place where project managers continue to work hard.Taking NSBD02 engineering construction project as an example,this paper firstly expounds relevant theories of cost and cost control,as well as relevant cost control methods such as target cost method,fine management method and earned value method.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of NSBD02 engineering construction project,including weak awareness of cost control,non-standard cost control system,unscientific cost control method,and low comprehensive quality of construction management personnel.Finally,the author puts forward the strategies to solve the problem.In order to establish the correct cost control concept,improve the cost control system,and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of personnel,the author introduces the specific application of scientific methods such as target cost method,refined management method and earned value method in the construction project cost control in detail,and evaluates the implementation effect.The research results of this paper can effectively improve the cost management of NSBD02 engineering construction projects,and also provide reference for the cost control of relevant enterprises.
