Research On Fine Management Of Construction Cost Based On BIM

Project cost management as one of the core content of engineering construction project management, directly affects the ultimate value of the project. In recent years, there is great progress in engineering cost management level. But, it still exists some shortages which restricts the cost management development, such as the quantity of calculation and the low accuracy, huge data, lack of cooperative work, etc.Based on the mature and effective refinement management which is effective to manufacturing industry, the study makes the engineering cost management refinement as the target. It will introduce BIM which is currently active in the construction industry. According to BIM core technology and the characteristics of the BIM, this study will establish the fine management of construction cost based on BIM. BIM technology will make the project cost management standardized, high-accurate, procedural, so as to effectively change the project cost management status, improve the effectiveness of project cost management and ultimately achieve the goal of cost management for the project management value.This article first analyzes the connotation of refinement management and the elements of the implement of the fine management. And it studies characteristics and main content of cost management, then put forward the realization of fine management of construction cost will need the tools of information such as digital technology. Next it will study the concept of BIM technology, analyses the BIM technology of 3D visualization, parametric design, collision detection, simulation. Combination with the construction cost management and the deficiency of the existing problems, it will study BIM technology application value in engineering cost management and BIM technology in the application of engineering cost management of each link, so as to establish the elaborating management process of construction cost based on BIM technology.Finally, the paper combined with the actual project cases, from the design stage, bidding stage, construction stage and completion stage comprehensive proves that the application of BIM will make large value in the construction cost of fine management. It further defined the significance and the value of BIM technology in the management cost as well as proved achievement in theory and application of the refine management of construction cost based on BIM.
