The current safety management status for hydropower station gate and headstock gear are not going well: most of the provincial governments have no idea of the safety management status;poor technology in the early years results to lots of security defects;the thought of “construction is important,but management is unimportant” is deeply rooted in the hearts of people.Such equipment management method cannot meet the requirements of safety management,which brings huge economic losses and personal injuries.So the paper applies the equipment supervision theory in hydropower station gate and headstock gear’s safety detection,i.e.monitoring and managing the whole process of safety detection.The main works of this paper include:(1)Based on the analysis of equipment supervision theory,and combined with the contents of hydropower station gate and headstock gear’s safety detection,the safety supervision system is established.(2)The documentations,people and equipment of hydropower station gate and headstock gear’s safety detection constitute the basic level in the safety supervision system.They are classified and analyzed respectively,and the factors that should be considered are described,which guarantees the following work’s implementation.(3)The detection technology,cost and schedule of hydropower station gate and headstock gear’s security detection constitute the implementation level in the safety supervision.Combined with a practical case study,the key factors that should be considered in the corresponding process are described,which guarantees three goals “quality,cost,schedule” to realize and implementing the following work.(4)Based on the contents of security detection in previous chapters,the security of station gate and headstock gear is evaluated comprehensively.The safety evaluation index system of gate and headstock gear is established.The analytical hierarchy process method is applied to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to analyze the safety.According to implementing safety supervision for the whole process of hydropower station gate and headstock gear from multiple perspectives,the safety detection process will be implemented successfully,the safety guarantee system will be improved,and the effect and quality of safety detection will be improved finally.
