As a main building of the diversion system, the safe operation of steel penstock plays an important role in the hydropower station. Exposed steel penstocks is one of the most commonly used arrangement in steel penstocks, it is widely used in water diversion type power station because it has the benefits of definite load conditions and economic security. However, due to the effect of all kinds of natural and human factors, the steel penstock runs with defects during operation. It will cause accidents, huge losses of life and property. Therefore, the research on safety evaluation methods for exposed steel penstocks in hydropower station is necessary, To this end, some research works have been done in this paper based on existed research works.(1) The safety evaluation index system based on the safety, applicability and durability of penstocks is proposed, and the hierarchy analysis model of the safety evaluation for exposed steel penstocks is established. The safety evaluation index system that. the safety, applicability and durability are the sub-indexes is presented through combining with the domestic inspection, design, evaluation standards and engineering experience. The hierarchy analysis model of safety evaluation for exposed steel penstocks in hydropower station is established.(2) 1~9 scale combined with 10/10~18/2 scale method is established, and the corresponding interval number judgment matrix is constructed. The method and the matrix are applied to the safety evaluation of exposed steel penstocks. Interval number judgement matrix is constructed by using the scale method that data acquisition combines application 1~9 scale and scale computing applications 10/10~18/2 scale. At the same time, the operability of scale and accurary are improved. The scale can well reflect the uncertainty and fuzziness between indexes. In addition, the evaluation indexes and sub-indexes of weight are determined.(3) The safety classification standard for exposed steel penstocks of hydropower station is proposed, and the principles of comprehensive score of evaluation index are established. The safe level 4 class division method is presented based on the rate methods of steel penstocks, pressure vessel and dam structure. Then, the score range of evaluation index is proposed based on the corresponding principle of the evaluation index and the safety level for exposed steel penstocks. The feasibility of this method is verified through engineering. |
