| In the excavator control task, the operating handle is an Important human-computer interaction interface, which directly affects the operation behaviors of the users. An unreasonable handle design can cause not only the inconvenient operations, but also the inefficiency of work. To optimize the handle design, make the handle material match the agreeableness and the environment ,and improve the shovel handle ease of the usage as well as the driver’s operation comfort; two new handle design schemes were put forward based on the hands’ structure, actions, and the research on handle operations.First of all, studying and analyzing the anatomical structures and movements of the human hands, obtaining the movement characteristics and regularities of the hand joints, building the kinematic model, it is obtained that the best word range of palms and fingers,and the most comfortable grip position . Secondly, build the 3D model of the existing products by using 3D scanning system, 3D data processing method and NURBS modeling method. Meanwhile,further analyze the hand movements’characteristics of the normal driving condition; work out the handle contour under the natural grasping posture and hand contact with the handle of the traces by conducting the grasping experiments. Finally, according to the outline of grasping experiment analysis and the results of the analysis of contact trace, combining brainstorming method, two handle modeling design are put forward, the use of fem demonstrates its modeling, on the basis of reasonable analysis of the existing excavator handle material and working environment, come up with the idea of using the heavy leather materials in the design of handles and seats, and according to the engineering characteristics of color design on the handle of the matching design environment; at the same time, a new way of handle position adjustment is put forward to reduce the limitations of the handle position adjustment. |
