In the operation of the hand-held metal detector,the grip handle is the most close contact with the human palm,and its shape directly affects the subjective experience such as comfort in the process of using the user.At present,the traditional hand-held metal detector has the defects of single shape,lack of human-computer adaptability,uneven quality and so on.The long-term use of improperly designed grip can easily cause physiological fatigue of the hand,form cumulative injury and reduce work efficiency,and also cause psychological rejection.Therefore,from the physiological structure of hand and the way of hand bending,this paper puts forward an optimization scheme of hand-held detection tools.Taking hand-held metal detector grip as an example,it is of great significance to improve the comfort of hand-held detection tools grip handle.On the basis of studying the basic structure of the hand and the bending mode of the hand,this paper first obtains the basic law of the finger movement,summarizes the characteristics of the bending mode of the hand and the division of the contact area between the inside of the hand and the handle,and summarizes the design principles of the hand holding detection tool,which is an important theoretical basis for the optimization of the grip of the hand holding metal detector.Secondly,this paper summarizes the types of hand-held devices and detectors,and determines that three hand-held metal detectors are commonly used in the market as research samples.According to the holding mode of the hand-held metal detector,the contact area between the inside palm and the handle of the hand-held metal detector was analyzed.The optimum design principle of the handle was obtained by observing the experimental data,then the optimized design principle of the handle was obtained.Finally,according to the experimental data and the design principle,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of grip design,and makes the experimenters hold the experiment and make subjective evaluation by making the same proportion mud film,and obtains the best scheme by analyzing the subjective grip evaluation table obtained from the summary.The results show that the peak value of the improved scheme decreases,the strain distribution is more uniform,the comfort of hand grip is improved to a certain extent,and the feasibility of the system design flow is verified,which provides a valuable theoretical reference for the optimal design of grip. |
