Resarch On The Design Of Subway Station Urban Space

With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid .expansion of urban scale, subway construction has become an important method to improve traffic conditions and improve urban space utilization efficiency in many cities. In the metropolitan rapid expansion of subway transport network at the same time, more and more small and medium cities have joined the subway construction boom. In this process, the issues of designing metro station area of urban space are increasingly causing for concern. Designers develop their idea from“how to effectively divert traffic,guide the flow of people" to "how to reasonably guide the regional functional layout, optimize the regional urban functional structure, and promote sustainable development of the city" .In the future,the subway station will become a station on the traffic flow line as well as the key node in the urban area with the station area as a whole. Subway station city space design not only provide the basic functions of passengersout of the subway, but affect the region's business, culture and urban life and other aspects of the development of residents. As an important mode and along with the subway traffic lines throughout the city,these station spaces become an important part of urban space.Linking the entire city, they have an important function in urban life. They become the city traffic landscape,highlighting a city's style and charm a forming an important part of regional culture. This paper will discuss the design of urban space in metro station area through induction, type sorting and field investigation. Through the analysis and discussion of different city sites, the author tries to find some references and suggestions for the construction and reconstruction of subway station area in the future.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part introduces the background, purpose,meaning and category of the research, and puts forward the research method and the basic frame of the paper. The second part discusses in detail the metro station area of urban space design elements, and analysis of the main elements of the requirements and the relationship between the various elements. The third part discusses the principle and method of urban space design in station area by analyzing the design elements. The fourth part summarizes the full text, hoping to analyze the problems found in the metro station area urban space design, and put forward the pertinence suggestion and the possibility of the future metro station space development.
