| Multilayer masonry buildings hold a great proportion of the available living buildings in our country. The seismic experience of Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and Yushu earthquake in 2010 indicated that, the collapse damage of masonry buildings made heavy casualties and economic loss.Hence, the seismic capacity identification to available masonry buildings, judging the practical seismic, and then seismic hardening or repairing the buildings becomes more important. Our country adopted the 《 Standard for seismic appraisal of buildings 》(GB50023-2009)to evaluate the buildings, the method divided into two steps, the first is to evaluate the earthquake resistant constructional measure and the second is to make the anti-seismic checking calculation. The method has the insufficient:the standard of seismic evaluation is a large range given by the professor with earthquake damage experience,it has a great redundancy and cannot quantified evaluate the exact anti-earthquake capacity of buildings. The paper does not adopt the classification evaluation, yet comprehensiving all of the seismic influence factors into the resistance simplified formula, the formula can represent the anti-seismic ability. And then adopted the Pushover analysis method to modifier formulas. The paper finished the following jobs:1.Brief summarized the structural features of masonry structure, summarizing the seismic damage features by earthquake damage experience, summarizing the influence factors to the anti-seismic property of masonry buildings, and then eliciting the simplified formula of the resistance ratio.2.Selecting the layer and wall thickness from the simplified formula of resistance ratio, setting up the ABAQUS finite element modal, making the Pushover analysis to the models, and the amending the resistance ratio formula.3.By the end, selecting two seismic damage cases, respectively evaluated by the universal anti-seismic evaluation method and the evaluating method in the paper, comparing the actual seismic damage results, demonstrating the reliability of the method in the paper. |
