Box transfer floor is a transfer structure form through a whole floor to achieve greater stiffness and loading Capacity. In fact,it is derived from the beam transfer floor. In recent years, box transfer floor has the certain proportion rise in application to the complex high rise building, this is because the plane stiffness of Box transfer floor is big in comparison with the single-layer beam and slab structure,and it also doesn't exist the problem of short column as ordinary beam transfer,and strengthened the structural integrity. But the design theories of box transfer floor is not mature in domestic and foreign currently, the research of the box transfer floor's loading capacities and dimensional performance characteristics are rather little.《Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building》(JGJ3-2002) [1] also do not give an explicit items in our country. Therefore,it is very necessary to carry on the whole dimensional finite element analysis to the complex high-rise building as well as it is very essential to use finite element software to carry on supplementary analysis of the transfer floor.In combinaton of actual project—commercial-residential buildings, using finite element software SATWE and PMSAP analyze and compare the performance of the whole building structure ,whether the box transfer floor in girders beams or not, and using SLABCAD analyze the stress and deflection of transfer floor; then to discuss the response of buildings to earthquake is transfer story position,box height as well as vertical rigidity ratio.at last, in combined with practical projects the paper discusses several issues on the aseismic design of high-rise building with box transfer story.the main conclusion can be drawed:1. the transfer story of stiffening beams have a certain strengthered of the transfer floor's lateral stiffness to this commercial - residential high buildings structure, but compare to the transfer story of no stiffening beam, it is not very obvious influence to the transfer story high and low floor's stress and deflection,Story drift angle,the transfer story high and low floor's lateral stiffnes ratio,the period ratio as well as the sheer weight ratio;2. Through compare the results obtained with the transfer story in 2,3,4,5,6 layer, the transfer story high and low floor's lateral stiffnes ratio and the drift angle increase significantly along with increasing the transfer story, but this two indicators is to meet the requirements when the transfer floor is set up in the fourth above the ground。...
