Currently, the most controller of solar street light are belong to single-lamp controller and can't achieve networking, it causes the management street light need to use manual inspection and lots of manpower and material resources is losed, it's real-time poor and low efficiency. More importantly,the everyday's power generation of solar street light is depending on the weather conditions and uncertainty, although the current solar lights using light control technology, time-sharing wire control technology, custom control strategy, time-sharing power technology and other technologies to achieve energy-saving operation, the factors of Weather isn't considered and the problem of continuous rainy days caused by solar street light battery charging and the power quickly run out of still can't be solved, which makes the battery for a long time loss of capacity and capacity reduction, it lead to the solar street lights need maintenance frequently due to the battery damage.Aiming at the shortcomings of current solar street lights control, we propose a control system of the sensing weather solar street light control system based on ZigBee and GPRS. On the one hand, we can achieve real-time query and report for solar street light, can also store lights on the lights and fault situation; on the other hand, solar street light controller can combine the weather conditions and battery remaining power, utilizing adjust brightness and control strategy of light priority to achieve the optimal management of the solar street light lighting work(Light intensity of LED), improving the efficiency and stability of road lighting. The research of this paper is divided into three parts. The first part is about the design of the solar street light control system, including the key technology,the hardware implementation, communication implementation and the host computer design. The second part analyzes the influencing factors of the solar panel power generation. By extracting the meteorological characteristics, the similarity degree algorithm is used to establish the forecasting model of solar panel power generation. The third part describes the design of the control strategy is adopted by the street light terminal controller under the condition that the predicted power generation is obtained.
