| Street lamps play an irreplaceable role in the urban infrastructure system,guarantee the traffic safety.Besides it represents the self-style of the city and the degree of people’s living and the development of the city.Since the 20th century,the continuous expansion of city scale and socioeconomic development has also led to the faster and faster development of the street lamps.It seems the traditional ’manual management methods could not satisfy the need of the current city.Consequentially,new intelligent street lamps management system becomes an inevitable trend.Now,an new type of intelligent street lamps management system could achieve an unified monitoring and street lamps management system,through the rapid development of IOT(Internet of Things)technology.And this system has the characters,such as high degree of automation,working reliably,efficient energy-saving,easy maintenance etc.In this thesis,against the current needs of society and the current shortage of street management system,a city street lamp management system is designed,based on the PLC(power line carrier communication)and ZigBee.It could achieve high stability,combining the features of these two kinds of communication.The basic hardware structure of the system consist of the hardware of the core controller and single street light controller(which is node controller,it would call single controller below)The main design includes the hardware design of the two controllers and the communication mode between the core controller and the street lamp management center.Especially a new design pattern is adopted for the transmission of data communication management between the core controller and the single controller,which combines the electronic design technologies,PLC and ZigBee technology with GPRS communication to complete the design of intelligent streetlight management systems based on IOT.The core controller is composed of micro controller,GPRS communication module,ZigBee communication module,PLC module,power module and so on;the single controller is composed of a microcontroller,a ZigBee communication module,a PLC module,a power module etc.Using the combination communication method of PLC and ZigBee,the communication system achieves the data transmission between the single controller and core controller,and the core controller receives commands and upload data with the street lamps management center via GPRS.Finally,simulation and anti-jamming test are carried for the hardware part of the whole system.The simulation environment testing mainly simulates the actual situation,especially the failure to verify the feasibility of the system.Anti-jamming test mainly includes electrostatic discharge interference test,group pulse interference test and lightning surge interference test.Test results demonstrate that the design could archive the expected requirements basically. |
