Resource-constrained multi-project scheduling is required to meet the project logic process and resource constraint conditions, and to arrange the start time of project tasks,to achieve the optimization goal, belongs to NP-hand.For much of the complexity of the multi-project environment, critical chain management method is used to solve the resource-constrained multi-project scheduling problem. In this paper, based on the critical chain mutil-project scheduling plan scheme, getting multi-project tasks 'priority list by genetic hybrid particle swarm algorithm, using positive and reverse algorithm to solve multi-project tasks of total time task;employing priority task list and the total time as the basis of identifying the critical chain, using the parallel schedule generation mechanism and priority scheduling rules to generate the initial scheduling plan.To secondary scheduling, the scheduling plan to add buffer protection. As Buffer of capacity constraint, presenting a superposed setting method and the calculation methods for the buffer of the capacity constraints; In view of the project buffer, set up a centralized project buffer; For shuttle buffer, setting methods by non-critical chain task using the resources of species and critical chain.Providing a multi-project example, proving the buffer of capacity constraint' merits of the two kinds of calculation methods. With one resource-constrained multi-project as an example, the critical chain management produce initial scheduling plan,After using the critical path method to the project scheduling;By comparing the two methods of project network diagram,it is concluded that the critical chain method obviously shorten the project petiod,to demonstrate the effectiveness of critical chain management method.
