| Project schedule Management is the process of using various methods and tools to make effective progress models.By considering the project resources resource constraints and logical order,as well as the use of suitable methods and tools to make scientific project schedule,project schedule and implement of effective control measures,timely completion of the project could be achieved and cost could be controlled.Taking the steel rolling production line updating project of BG Company as the research object,as well as using the methods of literature research,survey research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and other methods,on the basis of in-depth study of relevant literature at home and abroad,By analysising the project background,objectives and organization,project characteristics and schedule influencing factors of BG Company rolling production line transformation project,this paper formed the project description and milestone plan,and according to the project implementation process,made the WBS decomposition and work responsibility matrix,through analyzing the process of logical relations and resource constraints,estimating the time of each process by three time methods,drew project network diagram and identify the critical chain of the project,further optimized the network evolution by shortening the duration of work on critical chain,adjusting the sequence of work,and optimizing the sequence of work on critical path,and then calculates the safety time of key process and non-key process,then eliminates the safety time,inserts the impact of project buffer and input buffer absorption process delay,and formulates the project benchmark plan.Finally,this paper establishes the project progress control system and control process,monitors the project progress through daily monitoring,regular monitoring,project progress report system and project progress information updating,and timely analyses the found progress deviation according to the project benchmark plan,and takes corresponding progress control safeguard measures in time to ensure the project progress.Project progress is controlled.Research on the project progress management in this paper solves the overdue problem caused by delay of some processes.While this paper propose a scheme covering project duration estimation,the project time redundancy elimination,buffer setting,benchmark scheduling plan,project schedule controlling solution that has the reference value for the similar production line renovation projects. |
