Research On Coordinated Development Of Urbanization And Water Resources In Jiangsu Province

Water is indispensable to human production and life,with the development of economy and the advancement of urbanization,people for the demand of water resources becomes more and more big,at the same time,the unreasonable human activities have seriously threatened the water environment,increasingly serious problem of water resource has already started restricting sustainable economic and social development.This paper mainly from the state of water resources in Jiangsu province,researches and analyses the development and utilization of water resources and water resources on the response relationship of urbanization and the development,and predicts water demand in Jiangsu province situation,simulate some countermeasures of coordinated development of urbanization and water resources,and provide technical support in the utilization of water resources for conducting a new round of the process of urbanization,.This paper,taking Jiangsu province as the research object,first of all,respectively establish a comprehensive reflection of urbanization development and the present situation of water resources evaluation indicators,use entropy weight method to analyze the main influencing factors and changes of trend,urbanization development and water resources exploitation and utilization from 2003 to 2012 in Jiangsu province;and based on this research,construct the response relationship model to explore relationship between urbanization and the dynamic response of the water resources;At the same time,in view of the nature,social economy and the basic situation of the water resources,using the grey forecasting model to forecast the water demand in jiangsu province;According to the urbanization of and the status quo of water resources of jiangsu province,puts forward some countermeasures for the coordinated development of urbanization and water resources.The results are as follows:(1)the main influencing factors,variation characteristics and the response relationship of urbanization and water resources①During the study period,jiangsu province was in the period of rapid development of urbanization,Population size and spatial expansion speed is higher than the economic urbanization and social urbanization,urbanization development is out of balance and exsits significant differences of southern jiangsu,middle and north jiangsu area,urbanization quality needs to be promoted.② Along with the advancement of urbanization,the level of water resources exploitation and the utilization in Jiangsu,water consumption has been increasing each year,and utilization of water resources level enhances unceasingly,but water pollution degree deepens.③The urban population scale,economic scale and level of sewage treatment,the unit of output water,irrigation water is the sensitive factors affecting the coordinated development of urbanization and water resources,water consumption influenced by regional urbanization development is more significant,water resources system restrict the development of urbanization to a certain extent in jiangsu province in 2004,2009 and 2010.④the unreasonable expansion mode of jiangsu province must be changed in the future,comprehensively promote the coordinated development of urbanization to realize the efficient utilization of water resources.(2)the prediction of water demand①Using the grey forecasting model,jiangsu province,in the year of 2020,the water demand of life,production,ecology is 4.159 billionm3,54.942 billionm3,390 millionm3 respectively,the total water demand is 59.499 billionm3;in the year of 2030,the water demand of life,production,ecology is 5.103 billionm3,58.707billionm3,491millionm3 respectively,the total water demand is 64.301 billionm3,more than 55.22 billionm3,the present water supply ability;Water dermand in jiangsu province are mainly composed of production water demand,accounting for 92%,followed by 7%life water demand,ecological water requirement minimun proportion,1%.② With the development of economy and the growth of population,water demand will continue to increase,the corresponding total water demand will increase steadily,water demand changes mainly depends on the number of urban population growth,the improvement of people’s living standards and industry development and the water stability in jiangsu province ③It needs to make an overall planning of water resources,strengthen water regulation,improve the efficiency of water use by various means and ways,to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.(3)the coordinated development measures of urbanization and water resourceson the basic of jiangsu province exposed to improve the balanced development of urbanization and the present situation of water resource constraints,and principles of water-saving efficiency and healthy development of urbanization,change the unreasonable pattern of scale expansion,speed up the construction of water-saving urban and rural economic system on model of urbanization corresponding to water resources carrying capacity in jiangsu province,comprehensively promote the quality and effectiveness development of urbanization,and put forward the countermeasures of water resources optimization to promote urbanization and coordinated development of water resources from two aspects on conducting water-saving society and improving water resources management.
