Application And Study On The Safety Management Of Railway Operation Section

In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese railway industry and the gradual improvement of train speed and traffic density,safety management standard and construction of railway train station section have improved correspondingly,thus,the safety management of railway train station plays an extremely vital role in the development and motion with high efficiency and safety of Chinese railway system.Therefore,how to predict the risk,reduce and eliminate the risk of production safety,and establishing a perfect security risk management system to prevent all kinds of accidents,to achieve the goal of safe production according to the characteristics of traffic depot safety management is a problem in great need of a solution.On the basis of effective safety management experience and methods are applicated in the Nanyang train depot,aiming at those problems,in this paper,the method of risk management is adopted,and the method of literature search,investigation,case investigation and analysis is introduced to discuss all kinds of risks the railway traffic depot faced in the safety management.By analyzing the main risk,evaluating the safety evaluation and discussing whole process of risk control,together with researching the corresponding risk countermeasure,measures and methods for effective implementation of risk countermeasures are proposed,a modern safety management system of traffic service station with production characteristics of Nanyang and good operability is established,which based on risk management.From the current situation,implementation of security risk management,enhanced the safety awareness of workers,cleared the safety management objectives,promoted the construction of safety production standardization and avoided or even eliminated some of the security management risk,since that the probability of each accident is decreased,and thus we have achieved good practice effect.The results not only provided reference for the safety production risk management system of railway vehicle system,but also provided theoretical and practical guidance for the safety production of railway it,which have some reference value.
