With the continuous development of China's economy,the relationship between energy and environment becomes more and more closely.Energy conservation is an important part of China's development planning,is a resource conserving and environment-friendly society in our country.China has a large number of residential buildings,high energy consumption.If we do not take energy-saving measures,building energy consumption will greatly increase the economic burden of china.Existing residential building energy conservation is the most direct way to reduce the energy consumption of buildings,in the premise of not demolition and reconstruction,the selection of economically reasonable,technically feasible energy saving technology to reduce building energy consumption.Although the energy saving technology has been developed,but there is a common understanding of the work of energy conservation reform-"energy saving but no money",making China's energy-saving transformation do not fully play its own value.Based on this,this paper is based on the existing residential building envelope energy-saving reconstruction of economic research as the breakthrough point,get the main research results:(1)the incremental cost and incremental benefit of energy saving are analyzed and calculated.The incremental cost of the existing residential building energy conservation,including construction and installation costs,construction costs and other basic costs.The incremental benefits include energy saving and emission reduction.The incremental cost is calculated according to the cost theory,and then the cost is calculated.The incremental benefit is simulated by the computer software DeST-h to simulate the energy consumption before and after the energy saving transformation,and the difference between the two is converted into the consumption of the saved coal.(2)the simulation of the existing residential buildings in the envelope of the roof,exterior windows and external walls to carry out energy conservation and energy consumption of buildings,respectively,the results of the three buildings on the existing energy-saving transformation.Select the Lanzhou existing residential building energy-saving case,the use of computer software DeST-h to simulate the roof,windows and walls to take energy-saving technology after building energy consumption and building hourly load respectively,and simulation is obtained comparing the original building energy consumption,the change of peak hourly load of building energy-saving wall,to get the greatest impact on building energy consumption,energy-saving windows effect secondly,energy-saving roof with minimal impact.(3)the incremental cost and incremental benefit of energy saving renovation of envelope structure are calculated,and the feasibility of energy saving retrofit is obtained.By comparing with the roof and window wall,take three energy saving technology building energy consumption of residential building energy consumption by saving the original,before and after the energy consumption difference,to quantify the energy saving benefit increment,and calculate the incremental cost,energy saving transformation of the initial incremental cost of 460863 yuan,annual production of 67753 yuan after the energy-saving reconstruction incremental benefit.Considering the time value of capital and the rate of increase in energy prices,it can be concluded that the incremental cost can be recovered in 7 years.
