With the development of the living standard and rapid growing of construction business, building energy consumption takes up 30%-40% of the final energy consumption and it is also very crucial to the high-speed development of our economy. But at the same time, mere 1% of the buildings in our country meet the energy-saving standard. There exit a lot problems for current buildings:such as weakness in heat preservation and insulation, lacking in gas tightness, inefficiency in heating system, and so on.The building enclosure is the key to consume energy efficiently for the whole building system. And according the 65% energy-saving design of residential buildings in Shandong province,20% of which is supplied by heating system and 45% by enclosure,the quality of the thermal performance for the building enclosure of residential buildings determines heating and energy consumption, which make it crucial to improve the enclosure energy-saving.In this dissertation, firstly, foreign theory about energy conservation and related regulations have been researched by inductive reasoning. Typical building enclosure has been chosen to be studied among the current enclosure in Jinan City and questionnaire survey, spot test and other methods have been made to study the performance of the enclosure, indoor heating environment and building energy consumption. Then, energy-saving transformation measures are proposed on the basis of the characteristcs of current buildings and investigating the energy-saving techniques of exterior wall, indoor and exterior windows and construction methods. Finally, by Dest-h imitation, with quantitative analysis and optimization imitation on the indoor heating system of pilot project, different transformation techniques which meet the 65% energy-saving standard have been assembled and their practical application and economical efficiency have been analized, by which clear superiority has been vividly shown to us in energy-saving transformation on energy consumption and indoor heating improvement. It is hoped to provide some good suggestions for the developnent of building energy-saving work in cold areas.
