| After the reform and opening up,with the development of the society, people’s living standards have improved and their requirements for living environments also get enhanced. However,a large number of old residential buildings which were built a long time ago did not take the heat preservation of the building in winter into consideration,so its envelope is poor, which will increase the energy consumption that is required for indoor comfort. In recent years, with the government vigorously advocating and developing resource-saving society, the energy-saving renovation work for old residential buildings is getting more and more attention.Various regions begin to formulate corresponding specifications and standards for the thermal performance of building walls, windows and roofs.Although China has continuously paid attention to the renovation of old residential buildings, there are still many buildings that need to be transformed. This paper takes the existing residential buildings in Qingdao area as research objects, using literature inspection, field research, software simulation methods to explore the impact of energy-saving transformation measures for enclosure structures on building energy consumption, and calculate the economics of different transformation measures. This paper first summarizes the energy-saving effect and economy of both residential buildings in China and abroad. On the basis of considering the cost,it explores the effects of different energy-saving transformation measures on building energy consumption.Second, the type of insulation material and the type of window roof are summarized. This paper also analyzes the formation layout of residential buildings in Qingdao, and analyzes the planning layout, enclosure structure, indoor space, and personnel of different settlements. The temperature and humidity in different buildings are measured. In addition, using DEST-H software, five representative buildings are modified before and after the analog, and the factors affecting their building energy consumption are analyzed. Then, residential buildings in Xiangshan Road are used as the reference model.By controlling variables, this paper explores the impact of energy-saving transformation of the enclosure structure on building energy consumption, and calculates its economics according to the modified energy-saving effect, and obtains the species of energy-saving and transformation of different parts and its economic thickness. Finally, taking residential buildings in Xiangshan Road as the benchmark model, the impact of multi-parts of the enclosure structure on building energy consumption is discussed. There are four types in terms of different envelope structure.Through orthogonal tests, each type of different modifications can be combined, and the energy consumption of different combined schemes is simulated using DEST-H software. It calculates its economics based on the modified energy-saving effects, considering the energy saving effect and economy of different programs, selecting the right envelopment structure transformation measures. When the building has completed the energy-saving transformation of the wall and the roof, the selection of the window type is studied, and the impacts of heat transfer coefficient of the window, the heat transfer coefficient of the window and the open area of the window on building energy consumption are discussed. In summary, this paper uses a computer simulation method to study and analyze the transformation measures of different enclosures, and concludes with the energy saving effect and economy of different renovation schemes, which provide a certain reference basis for selecting appropriate energy-saving transformation measures in different situations. |
