| Energy problem is to be resolved with the growing depletion of fossil energy all over the world.Developing renewable clean energy is one of the important measures to deal with energy crisis.In recent years,wind power has been widely used as a renewable clean energy.With the increasing installed capacity of wind power and the breakthrough on power generation technology and utilization,wind power has played a significant role to alleviate environmental pressures.Risk evaluation on wind power project can not only improved the level of project management and reduce losses,but also ensure the sustained and healthy development of wind project.But risk evaluation often has many not quantitative risk factors which make wind power project risk evaluation has strong fuzziness,while the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in view of the fuzziness and hard to quantify the problem can be more clear results,therefore,this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for wind power project risk evaluation,to more accurately and objectively the risk assessment of wind power projects.In this paper,firstly,determine risk factors of wind power projects through the construction process combined with its own characteristics based on risk theory.Secondly,choose the natural risk,policy risk,economic risk,technology risk and personnel risk to establish wind power project risk index system.Thirdly,combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,construct membership functions to determine evaluation matrix R,and set the weight of each evaluation index as matrix A according to the AHP.Then get comprehensive decision vector B by A and R linear change.Finally,determine the risk level of wind power project according to the principle of maximum membership degree to analyzes the evaluation results,proposes the corresponding risk response method,provides the management basis for the management decision makers. |
