The Space Design Research On Patchwork Art Patterns Of Dong In Metro Stations

With the prosperity of metro construction in 21st century,the construction of metro stations breaks through the original traffic pattern in traditional cities.The confirmation of new metro building space causes a great change on surroundings and trip modes.2016 became the State's first subway opened in Nanning city,Guangxi,as the City show diversified characteristics of ethnic minorities,space design of subway station should be combined with the development of the times has certain tolerance,diversity,national characteristics.Dong and decorative patterns in the minority and unique art pattern design elements extracted and applied to the design of space from Dong quilts,subway station space design showing a new attempt of national culture.First of all,the author introduced features of patchwork art pattern,related notions and theories in metro space.Then,according to application principles and methods of decorative pattern elements in space design,art design practice was conducted in metro space.The design means to plan and imagine the better services to meet and adapt to material living conditions in daily life.By mastering application forms of patchwork in modern design,the author conducted the in-depth analysis on decorative patterns in patchwork art patterns of Dong and applied morphosis to combine decorative patterns with functional principles in metro stations.At last,ethnic culture is deeply rooted in the process of social development.Nanning is the provincial capital in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.With bright cultural features of Guangxi ethnic minorities,the ancient Luoyue ethnic culture covers regional culture in southwest.According to decorative pattern features of Dong,the author applied it in design practice of metro stations by using art design methods and brought forward outlook on ethnic culture in space environment design of metro stations.
