A Study On The Design Of Folk Patchwork Patterns In The Indoor Interface Of Long You Area From The Metaphorical Perspective

Chinese traditional patchwork,as historical heritage,has conveyed the rich cultural connotations through its long history.It reflects the social background,folk culture,ideology,etc.at that time.Folk patchwork in Long You area,as a Chinese tradition,has played an important part of patchwork,its metaphorical cultural connotation,rich forms of expression and artistic value,in which all of these are worthy of in-depth research and discussion.Cloth culture has gradually been valued in the field of art design,and has been widely used in architecture,landscape,interior and other design fields,and has played a positive role in the development of modern design.This paper firstly expounds the development trend of patchwork at home and abroad,which defines the framework and logic line of this paper.By studying the historical development of traditional patchwork culture,it states the origin and development process of traditional patchwork culture,analyzes the material and cultural reasons for the emergence of patchwork culture,and how it has influenced the form development of traditional patchwork products.Traditional patchwork such as clothing and wealthy clothes;namely as 100 Patchwork clothes,waterfield clothes,a hundred families clothes,rich clothes,contains profound metaphorical connotations such as asceticism,showing off wealth,seeking auspiciousness and avoiding harm,and the implication of wealth.It researches the traditional patchwork techniques,patterns,colors,textures and other aesthetic characteristics present unique beauty of form and craftsmanship.Secondly,from the current situation of folk patchwork in Long You area,this paper expounds the unique natural environment and regional culture of Long You area,the economic and cultural reasons for the production of folk patchwork.Because for the love of life from the people in Long You,and the simple stitching made.As cloth products,folk patchworks are mainly expressed in the form of door curtains,costumes,cushions,patchworks,and this study summarizes the cultural characteristics of religious worship,many children and more blessings,sun worship,prayer Na ji,totem worship and other cultural characteristics contained in the folk patchwork patterns.It explores the artistic characteristics of folk patchwork patterns,and forms a systematic theoretical framework for patchwork patterns from the aspects of color characteristics,composition characteristics,aesthetic characteristics,crafting characteristics,and artistic value.Finally,from the metaphorical design of the folk patchwork pattern in Long You area to the design of the interior interface,it analyzes the elements of color metaphor,form metaphor,and material metaphor of the patchwork pattern,so as to meet the needs of aesthetics and integrity of the interior interface.Using the metaphor methods of direct metaphor and indirect metaphor,to better understand the design form of patchwork pattern applied to interior interface,and proposes a design concept suitable for patchwork pattern in interior interface: create spatial order,shape extended space,and enrich culture aesthetics;it analyzes design principles such as similarity,simplification,and aesthetics of patchwork patterns,creates a sense of order in the interior interface,and pursues artistic aesthetics of the interior interface;it aims to expand design strategies such as the combination form of patchwork patterns,intervention between light and shadow,and the relationship between the picture and the bottom,further to enrich the content of the interior interface and shape the threedimensional sense of the interior space interface.The metaphor of patchwork pattern and the achievability of design practice are studied to provide reference for the application of patchwork pattern elements in modern interior interface design.
