| In the background of the development of urbanization,the uncoordinated problem of new urbanization and the focus of domestic development and the question of the quality of new urbanization have been questioned.This paper is based on the case of the new national urbanization pilot of Anhui province,From the perspective of spatial planning to explore the connotation of the quality of new urbanization,the quality of the existing problems to study.This paper analyzes the propelling mechanism of new urbanization quality of Anhui Province from the aspects of index system of new urbanization quality,comprehensive evaluation of quality level,spatial difference,spatial agglomeration,development dynamic factor,development restriction factor and spatial coupling coordination.This paper puts forward the strategies of the promotion of urban space and spatial planning.Firstly,on the basis of related literature research,this paper explores the connotation of new urbanization quality from the perspective of spatial planning.The main difference between the quality of new urbanization and the quality of traditional urbanization is from the expansion of "quantity" in the past to the promotion of "quality" and the essence of new urbanization is "people oriented".Therefore,The connotation of the quality of new urbanization should be based on the core of new urbanization,which is embodied by the development of comprehensive coordination capacity in population,economy,ecology and space.Secondly,according to the connotation of new urbanization quality from the perspective of spatial planning,the quality evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects of population,economy,ecology and space,and the correlation factor between evaluation factors is analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient method.And then obtains the evaluation index system with low mutual influence factor between the indicators.Then,through CRITIC method,the index weight of the evaluation index system is assigned,and the comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.From the above four aspects,Urbanization quality level.Thirdly,according to the results of the new urbanization quality measurement,the temporal and spatial characteristics of the new urbanization quality development in Anhui Province and the city area are analyzed by using the natural fracture and spatial correlation method based on the Arc GIS platform.The results show that:(1)the new urbanization quality space The convergence effect is gradually weakened andthe state of differentiation is gradually strengthened.It indicates that the new urbanization quality in the urban area has a weakening trend in the spatial correlation degree,and the mutual pulling effect between the cities is not obvious.(2)Spatial correlation analysis of the four subsystems of the new urbanization quality from the perspective of spatial planning shows that the spatial agglomeration of population and economy is gradually enhanced,and the interdependent spatial characteristics are gradually formed by the discrete.And the space and the space have the opposite development tendency,the spatial differentiation degree and spatial correlation degree are also weakened gradually.Finally,based on the evaluation of new urbanization quality from the perspective of spatial planning of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the contribution rate of the four factors of population,economy,ecology and space from the dynamic factors and constraints of new urbanization quality development And the coupling and coordination between the new urbanization quality target layer and the four sub-target layers in 16 city-level spatial planning perspectives were analyzed by means of the coupling and coordination model,and different coupling degrees were proposed according to the degree of coupling between cities.Promote the mechanism of the core and path,and based on the perspective of spatial planning planning control mechanisms and strategies. |
