| At present,China is in a special period of rapid economic development and accelerated industrialization.Urbanization has become the greatest potential and domestic demand for development.At the same time,water resources are the basic resources to support regional economic development,especially the process of urbanization.With the rapid development of Anhui’s economy and the rapid development of urbanization,problems such as shortage of water resources and serious water pollution are also emerging.How to deal with the imbalance between urbanization and water resources utilization has become an urgent problem.In this paper,the research on the development of urbanization at home and abroad,the utilization of water resources and the relationship between urbanization and water resources utilization is reviewed and summarized,and the main research content and research direction of this paper is to explore the coordination between urbanization and water resources utilization.The related theories of urbanization and water resources utilization are defined,and the related concepts of urbanization,water resources utilization are defined,and the mechanism of the interaction between the urbanization level and the utilization efficiency of water resources is analyzed.In order to quantify the urbanization level and the utilization efficiency of water resources in Anhui Province,the level of urbanization and the utilization of water resources in Anhui province are analyzed.The spatial and temporal pattern evolution of the urbanization level and the utilization efficiency of water resources in Anhui province are analyzed by using the Moran coefficient in the spatial correlation theory.The results show that with the rapid development of urbanization in Anhui Province,the level of urbanization is increasing and the spatial distribution of "U" in the direction of the north and the south is increasing,and the spatial distribution pattern of the utilization efficiency of water resources is very different,but the high value density is still formed in the long river region as the center.With the passage of time,Anhui province has gradually evolved into a "multi center" model,a single center model of Hefei,the original province of the province,which is a new pattern of "Hefei","Wuhu","Bengbu" and "Fuyang".Secondly,this paper constructs two different coordination models to explore the coordination relationship between urbanization level and water resource utilization efficiency.From the two angles of coordinated development and coupling coordination,this paper analyzes the coordination between the urbanization level of Anhui and the benefit of water resources utilization,and uses scatter plot and Mullan chart for Anhui province.The spatial-temporal pattern evolution of urbanization level and the coordination of water resources utilization efficiency has been deeply analyzed.The research shows that the coordination of urbanization level and water resource utilization efficiency in Anhui is concentrated on the whole,and the value of Moran` I has little change,which indicates that the coordination is more stable,and the central city has a stronger driving effect,and the radiation effect on the surrounding cities is stronger,which promotes the overall coordinated development of Anhui.In the process of urbanization,the coordination between the level of urbanization and the utilization efficiency of water resources tends to a relatively low level.This shows that in the process of urbanization in Anhui Province,there has been a mismatch and disharmony in the utilization of water resources in Anhui.Moreover,this paper also explores the influence factors of the urbanization level of Anhui and the coordination of water resources utilization efficiency,and establishes an empirical model according to the interaction relationship between the factors.It is concluded that the total value of regional production,the added value of the industrial added value of the million yuan,the increase value of the first industry of the unit water consumption,the urban green area and the independent innovation have a positive influence on the urbanization level and the coordination degree of the utilization efficiency of water resources.Industrial added value,urban green area and independent innovation are the path to influence the level of urbanization and the coordination degree of utilization efficiency of water resources;the influence of urban population ratio and per capita water consumption on the level of urbanization and the coordination degree of water resource utilization is negative,which may be due to the increase of water consumption in the urbanization process and the improper city.The water pollution caused by the development and construction of the city has destroyed the ecological environment.Therefore,it is an effective way to improve the sustainable development of Anhui province by improving the total value of water,increasing the value of the first industry,expanding the area of urban green space and improving the level of independent innovation.Finally,according to the results of the study,this paper puts forward that Anhui should pay attention to the coordination of urbanization and water resources,realize green development,strengthen the construction of ecological environment security system,promote the development of science and technology,accelerate the upgrading of traditional industry and the cultivation of new industries,promote the development of the city and reduce the regional differences,and persist in the sustainable development of the city.To continue the concept of development,and pay
