| In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council issued the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),which is China’s first five-year plan to promote the rural revitalization strategy.The No.1document of the Central Committee has put forward requirements and tasks for the promotion of rural revitalization for many consecutive years.Anhui province is a big agricultural province.As a typical area of Yangtze River Delta,its economic level is relatively backward,and there are great differences in Anhui province.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the development level of rural revitalization in Anhui province.This paper conducts a multi-scale background analysis,summarizes the research progress at home and abroad through relevant literature review,and then selects 59county-level units(counties and county-level cities)in Anhui Province as the research object,and selects 2011-2020 as the research time interval.Among them,2011-2015 and 2016-2020 are the time intervals of the 12 Five-Year plans and the 13Five-Year Plans respectively.Based on the interpretation of the five aspects of rural revitalization,the evaluation index system of rural revitalization development level was constructed,and the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of rural revitalization development in Anhui province were analyzed by means of entropy method,spatial autocorrelation,local Getis-Ord G*i index and geographical detector.Then,it puts forward different strategies to improve the development level of rural revitalization in each region.In summary,the conclusions are as follows:The overall level of rural revitalization and development in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020 shows a rising trend,and the development level is related to the county rural development basis.The central Anhui area has the highest level of development,and the southern Anhui area has a rapid development.Among them,the development level of rural revitalization in the areas along the Yangtze River has the greatest difference,and the differences within the province show the characteristics of first increasing and then decreasing.The spatial pattern is "high in the east and low in the west,high in the south and low in the north".The development level of rural revitalization in Anhui Province presents a positive spatial correlation and strong spatial agglomeration.The spatial trend is increasing from west to east,and inverted "triangle" from south to north.Hot spot analysis shows that from 2011 to 2020,the cold spot areas are mainly distributed in the west of Anhui Province and the west of the area along the Yangtze River,the hot spot areas are mainly distributed in the middle of Anhui Province and the east of the area along the Yangtze River,and the Shouxian and Huaiyuan counties in the north of Anhui province.The analysis of influencing factors shows that economic development level > industrial development > location > government service > population >natural conditions are the factors affecting rural revitalization and development in Anhui province.Therefore,exogenous factors have more influence on rural development than endogenous factors.Finally,according to the analysis conclusion and the characteristics of rural differences in each region of the province,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of rural revitalization and development level in Anhui province.Figure 13 table 16 reference 90... |
