The Law Of Road Traffic Accidents And Preventive Measures In Kunming

Kunming City,the number of residents was about 6000000,high density of people will inevitably result in travel congestion;at the same time Kunming City motor vehicle density is high,by the end of 2016,Kunming vehicle fleet of about 2 million 260 thousand vehicles,the number of motor vehicles per capita ranked fourth in the country.More than sixty percent of the traffic flow is the main area of activity in the urban area;third,due to the geographical constraints of Kunming,the use of limited space,resulting in urban construction is very crowded.At present,Kunming city population density is relatively large in the South and north area,but because the function of distinguishing the differences between the two regions,and the relatively large flow,the traffic network is not perfect and the people,vehicles,road traffic accidents and other reasons,Kunming urban incidence rate is still relatively high in the country.More than 6 thousand traffic accidents every year,more than and 400 people were killed and more than 1 thousand and 600 injured.Traffic safety has become an unavoidable problem in the social and economic development of Kunming.Based on the data of traffic accidents in Kunming from 2012 to 2015,this paper studies and analyzes the rules and Countermeasures of the traffic accidents in Kunming.First of all,distribution of traffic accident in Kunming City,including the time distribution,spatial distribution,driver age,the type of traffic accident,the death type is analyzed in detail.The rules and characteristics of the traffic accident in Kunming city under different conditions.Secondly,the main causes of traffic accidents in Kunming city found,explore the impact of various factors on traffic accidents;combined with road traffic accident in Kunming City,respectively,from the motor vehicle and non motor vehicle drivers,pedestrians and passengers,vehicle performance factors and conditions,road type,geometric design,traffic control and the climate of Kunming city traffic accidents,do a more fully explored,describes the relation between influence factors and traffic accidents.Third,the grey prediction GM(1,1)model is established,and the prediction model is tested.The grey model is used to predict the traffic accident in Kunming in the next few years.Finally,this paper expounds the guiding thought and methods of road traffic accident prevention and control,and the main cause for the 2012 to 2015 traffic accidents in Kunming city using these ideas and methods,make corresponding prevention measures and principles.Some suggestions are put forward for the traffic accidents in the main city.
