Study Of Traffic Accident Analysis And Evaluation System Of Governance For Freeway Based On GIS-T

As China's expressway mileage increasing, freeway have a powerful attraction to traffic flow, the freeway transportation becomes more and more important in the national economy. However, the freeway traffic safety situation is not optimistic, such as the frequent traffic accidents,the high mortality, the capability for traffic safety management and control isn't strong, these status seriously affect the quality of freeway service and endanger people's safety of lives and property .Research on how to improve the road safety become the urgent problems for freeway traffic management to be solved.The results show that, investigation and management of accident blackspots can reduce the risk level of the road effectively, minimize the whole road accident rate and improve the safety level of freeway with minimal input.So,if we carry out accident investigation and management of blackspots,and establish road grading assessment system for dangerous sections,will promote the work of governance orderly conduct,so we can form well-judged system of traffic accidents.In view of feature of freeway traffic accident and accident blackspots section, pointed out limitations of tradition of the accident "point" based on research on the attributes for freeway traffic accidents blackspots; according to the risk factors lead to traffic accidents,accident sites and the relationship between accident points; proposed to affect the curve of the accident the accident site in the form of the risk factors surrounding the "line" concept of, according to china's freeway construction processes as well as the status of collections,management and application of freeway traffic accidents data, combine the GIS-T's own features, use the transport geographic information system to construct freeway traffic accident analysis and evaluation platform;through the combined effects curve of the traffic accidents on the whole road,set the serious factor and limit values rationally, proposed freeway accident blackspots guidelines and models of hazardous; by analyzing the mechanism of traffic accidents, pointed out that the non-subjective factors that affect the traffic accidents, especially weather, road conditions, define the causes of traffic accident research direction, propose safety checks for road alignment conditions; analyze the reason for accident-prone with the rough associated extrapolation method, combination of expertise, the establishment of road traffic accidents and environmental factors such as association rules fixed, concluded the accident-prone section of the main causes of spots, which generates the appropriate treatment program, according to the degree of risk accident blackspots and the difficulty for the implementation to grade assessment, propose governance concept,use of management funds rationally, conducive to carry out the work of management, feedback and improve the management tools and technologies.
