Study On POE System Of Hospital Building Based On Biological Safety

Under the various measures of deepening reform in China,with the development of economy and the improvement of comprehensive national strength,the emphasis of the state on medical and health care is gradually improving,the quality of medical construction environment has aroused widespread concern from government departments to ordinary people.The Beijing municipal health and family planning board issued the research unit selection bulletin in late April 2015,in order to select the research units guided by " evidence-based philosophy" and evaluate the use of existing medical buildings in Beijing,and establish post-evaluation method and post-evaluation rules.Through a number of hospitalpost-evaluation,provide guidance for the future construction of the hospital and provide the basis for the management of relevant standards and policies.This scientific research project fully reflects the attention of the relevant government departments to the evaluation of medical buildings and the space environment of medical buildings.The hospital should be a place to cure,not a place to harm.Florence Nightingale said that " the primary condition of hospital environment is not to harm patients ",indicating the important status of hospital building safety.The evaluation of hospital building condition includes the evaluation of construction procedure,building function space,construction environment,construction investment benefit to building operation,energy consumption,safety and so on.This dissertation focuses on the biological safety assessment in the field of hospital building safety assessment.The safety of hospital building includes structure safety,fire safety,security,facility safety and biosafety.At present,the biosafety protection of hospital mainly depends on the management of public health management personnel,through the architectural function layout and space design to reduce the hospital building safety hazard has not been independent subject,so this paper to the hospital building safety assessment,mainly from biosafety.This paper focuses on the research of hospital building biological safety assessment from five aspects: the first chapter introduces the research background,category,purpose and significance,methods and content framework;The second chapter,based on the hospital biosafety requirements,discusses the relationship between hospital biosafety and hospital design,and the necessity of hospital design,puts forward the building biosafety design post-evaluation system of hospital;The third chapter,based on the existing scientific research results,through the analysis of the hospital area and function unit design related to hospital building safety,proposed the key evaluation index,and established the post-evaluation system of hospital building biosafety use;In the fourth chapter,the evaluation points of the post-evaluation system of hospital building biosafety are further deepened through the case analysis of building biological safety use of many hospitals.The fifth chapter updates the POE syetem items based on hospital biosafety architectural design points.
