Economic system is changing from a planned economy to a socialistmarket economy, medical services is shifting from supply-driven to the type of operations;The medical model changed from biomedical to biological, psychological, social medicinehas greatly expanded the depth and breadth of medical space; Technological revolution ismaking industrial society into the information society, hospital intelligent and global coverageof the medical information network, will greatly breakthrough space boundaries and theoriginal pattern of medical. The three major changes have an enormous impact on the valuesof the hospital, the functional structure, space form and etc. Also,because of the impact ofthese factors, at present, the hospital construction has entered into a new era in its history,especially the construction of the hospital building has came into a climax period. Biginvestment, large-scale, short construction period are the main characteristics of this period.The new hospital or the new buildings of hospital often appear mang kinds of unreasonableproblems on function into use process, in some cases even very serious, which have affectedeffective medical procedures. For these unreasonable situations design units often no longerinvolve, the hospital only self-design and alter unreasonable spaces of the new hospital, sucha vicious circle. In this case, The Insiders should take some effective measures to evaluate theuse on the architectural space of the new hospital or the new building of hospital, findunreasonable, analysis the causes, provide strong guidance for future hospital construction.Therefore, the hospital’s building POE is an integral part at this stage of medical architecturaldesign field.Now, the hospital’s building post occupancy evaluation is not expanded in our country,so,it is very necessary for the hospital building to establish a type of a hospital buildingevaluation criteria and form the planning-design-feedback (using the evaluation) virtuouscircle design mode. This article will make the Imaging Center of Medical TechnologyDepartment of the hospital as the research object, establish Imaging Center’s buildingevaluation criteria through theoretical research and practical research, as well as lay thefoundation for the formation of the Imaging Center design guidelines.The thesis consists of five chapters.
