Study On Construction Schedule Management Of Earth Rock Dam Based On BIM

With the development of the global economy and the environment deterioration,the human demand for clean energy grow with ea ch passing day,water conservancy project is one of the main sources of clean electrical energy,the state has increased gradually investment in water conservancy projects.With the rapid development of water conservancy project,the higher requirements ar e put forward for the water conservancy project management.The construction schedule management,project economic benefit and flood season safety are closely related in the earth rock dam project management practice.The construction progress management is one of the key indexes of earth rock dam project management.With the increase of the water conservancy project complexity and the environment becomes worse,owner has put forward higher requirements on time,quality and ecology.The traditional project management methods based on drawings and experience have not meet the requirements of project construction,the emergence and development of BIM technology provide a new method for the progress management of earth rock dam project.This paper aims to study the existing circumstances of dam constr uction schedule management,analysis feasibility and applicability of BIM technology in the project of dam construction schedule management,and presents a BIM model construction method of earth rock dam construction based on BIM,and eatablish the construction schedule management framework of earth rock dam based on BIM,in order to improve the construction schedule management efficiency of earth rock dam and the overall management level of earth rock dam project.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,analysis the dam construction schedule management problems,of the existing traditional management concept,combined with the advantages of BIM technology,analysis of application of BIM technology in the management of dam construction in progress from the three aspects of technology,economy and environment.Secondly,based on the concept of project management of BIM technology,this paper studies the construction schedule management of earth rock dam based on BIM.This paper selects Civil 3D,CAD,Revit,AIW and other BIM software of Autodesk company,establish the model of earth rock dam construction in BIM,make 3D model and Project dam construction schedule link in Navisworks platform,establish BIM model of earth rock dam construction,the comp letion of the construction of earth rockfill dam visualization simulation,the realization of BIM dam construction schedule based on dynamic management.The construction process of Autodesk platform construction of the earth rockfill dam based on BIM model,and establish the dam construction schedule management framework based on BIM.Finally,the feasibility and applicability of the research results of this paper are verified by the actual case analysis of earth rock dam.Through the case study of the project of a rockfill dam asphalt concrete core wall at Sichuan Province,further validation of the research results of this paper can be applied to construct model of earth rock dam construction BIM and the dam construction schedule management based on BIM.This work has certain application value and practical significance for project management of earth rockfill dam based on BIM.
