Research On The Beautiful Rural Planning Based On The Guiding Of Industry

The central committee of the communist party of China has intended files about the construction of beautiful village for many years,which provides policy support for.However,in reality,the village planning due to the lack of industry development research,and it finally reduced to a vicious circle state of “New in the Fresh year.Fell on stony ground in the Second year.Recycle to the old pass in Third year.” This paper takes the rural industry as the breakthrough point,makes an in-depth study on the planning method of the beautiful village to solve these problems effectively,to achieve the goal of sustainable economic and social development.The paper use literature search,field research,comparative analysis and other methods for this research.Firstly,we summarized the concept of rural industry,the planning of the beautiful village,the theory,practice of the village industry and village planning from domestic and foreign.Secondly,based on analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional village planning ignored on the development of industrial produce and beautiful village planning mutual promoting relation,the beautiful village planning should be based on the rural industrial development orientation as a basic proposition.Then,The paper makes a detailed investigation on the present situation of villages to do ecological control planning based industry oriented planning method of beautiful village.Expounds the methods and steps of the village based land use planning,infrastructure planning,public service facilities planning,landscape planning and the main path planning.Finally,the paper industry under the guide of beautiful village planning method with the example of the method is scientific and reasonable,applied to the “Hebei Guantao Shoushansi Village Beautiful Village Planning”.On basis of this previous researches,to make a summary study on the beautiful countryside planning under the guidance of industry,so as to play a guiding role for the subsequent planning of the beautiful village.
