At present,there are more than 98,000 reservoir DAMS in our country,the largest number of reservoirs in the world.However,the utilization rate of water resources is still at a low level,and the construction of the reservoir dam will be the focus of investment in the coming period.Reservoir project is related to flood control safety,the use of water resources and the soil and water conservation,urban residents production and living water requirement,water demands of agricultural production and natural ecological protection,etc.,are in the process of our modernization drive is an important part of infrastructure construction.Engineering quality is the core of the project construction and management work,especially small and medium-sized water conservancy project,its management main body for the county-level units,due to the lack of local professionals,technical force is weak,the management ability is very limited,often cause project quality problems emerge.In this social environment,it is very important to study the quality management of the project.This article will be forced to big child reservoir project construction as the carrier,the study of engineering construction quality management,the construction quality management of the existing problems and cause analysis and improvement,enhance the level of project quality management and provide reference for construction of water conservancy project in the future.This is not only a great time demand for water conservancy construction in China,but also has very important practical application meaning and theory reference value.To improve water conservancy project construction quality and prolong the service life of water conservancy projects,improve project management level,to further strengthen economic and social benefits and so on all has guiding significance.This paper mainly is based on the actual construction of the project,and carries out the research on the quality management of the construction of the grand force reservoir.This article is divided into six parts,chapter 1 introduction,introduce the basic situation of large forced child reservoir project,the project background,characteristics and development trend of domestic research on quality management,clarify the research background.Using graph intuitively show the statistical data of reservoir dam failure accidents occurred in recent years in our country,forced child to introduce large reservoirs exist in the process of engineering construction quality management problems,reveal the importance and practical significance of the project quality management.The paper also introduces the main research methods and basic research contents of the paper,and gives the basic framework of the thesis.Chapter 2 introduces the construction quality management system of the large force reservoir project in terms of quality management organization structure,system and control flow.Chapter 3 according to the actual project,from the big forced child reservoir project construction survey and the five elements of quality management of engineering construction quality management existing problem and reason analysis;Chapter 4 according to the above problems and reasons,to improve the system of organization structure,improve management,optimizing control process,such as principle,according to the PDCA cycle management,put forward the improvement to the original quality management of the project plan design;Chapter 5 big forced child reservoir construction quality management body improved scheme of safeguard measures,including advancing quality management personnel professional capacity,promote advanced quality control technology,build quality management information system,and establish and perfect the evaluation system and management mechanism,etc.Chapter 6 summarizes and prospects the full text.
