A Study On The Rationally Control Procedures During The Architectural Design Stage

With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry in China,how to control the quality of building projects in the design stage is more important.At the same time,the research on product quality control theory has been developed greatly,it provides a new platform and an improved tool for the systematic study of architectural design.This research is based on the process of architectural design stage,combined with the practice process of the investigation and practice,trying to establish a systematic paradigm of architectural design process with a wide range of possibilities,to verify the scientificity and rationality of the canonical form by the “PDCA cycle model”.It is of great significance to reduce the job cost of design,to solve the design problems comprehensively,to strengthen the interaction between design stages,and then to control the quality of architectural design.This paper studies is combing the development process of the domestic and international architectural design research program through literature research,combined with the research practice,the relative lack of summing up the current conventional architectural design process,and selecting the “PDCA cycle model” in the theory of product quality control as the improving tool to mend the design procedures,description of its working mechanism and practical application.Based on systematic methodology in system science,to build a design program of systematic research framework.In the earlier stage of the research,selecting three representative architectural design units to conduct research and practice,according to their specific practical projects,by recording the work flow,sorting out the results of each design stage,to make the case sample of the design procedures,and to research and analysis in the framework of systematic.The "cycle process" and "design steps" of the program samples are compared and analyzed in the longitudinal and transverse directions by using comparative study method.On the basis,the architectural design program system paradigm,through the analysis of the expression of the internal process and the specific design steps,the model is consistent with the "working mechanism of PDCA cycle model" and the general principle system,is a scientific system,the architectural design process.The systematic design paradigm of architectural design in this study is not suitable for a certain kind of architectural design.In the actual work process,according to the characteristics of the design unit and the type of the project,the design cycle and the depth of the program requirements for different adjustments.It has a positive practical significance for guiding the design process of the architectural design,solving the problems in the design process and stabilizing the quality of the building project.Finally,the relative limitations and future development trends are summarized.
