| Quality is the life of an enterprise and quality is also the cornerstone for enterprises to survive in the market.The automotive industry and automotive parts industry always have high standards and high requirements for product quality.Therefore,quality management plays a very important role in the production activities of automobile company.In recent years,with the rapid development of the automotive industry in China,automobile sales have increased significantly,and the major automobile manufacturers have launched fierce competition in the Chinese market,the supply pressure of automobile manufacturing enterprises is also increasing gradually.As an important component and cornerstone of the automotive industry,the automotive parts industry is also facing the double test of output and quality.The automotive parts industry has a very large volume in the entire automotive industry,and the quality of the parts directly affects the quality of the vehicle.Therefore,it is very important to make quality management research on the automotive parts company.This paper takes B automotive parts company as the research object,and improves the quality of B company DQ500 clutch.Firstly,this paper analyzes the the DQ500 clutch from two aspects of internal quality problems and external customer complaints quality problems,and summarizes the management problems of B company.Then,this paper uses the quality tools such as Pareto Diagram,Fish bone Diagram,Scatter Plot,and Measurement System Analysis to find the root causes.Finally,this paper proposes the quality improvement plan of DQ500 by using the quality tools such as design of experiment and PDCA cycle and evaluates the implementation effect of the improvement scheme.This study not only improves the quality of DQ500 clutch,but also provides a reference for other products quality improvement.At the same time,it has a certain guiding significance for the quality improvement of the automotive parts industry. |
