Research On Quality Control Of Automobile Tire In Chang Rui Company

With the rapid development of China’s auto industry,the rapid development of the automobile tire industry.As a part of the earth,the quality of the tire directly affects the quality of the automobile.As a security part of the automobile industry,its quality is not only the life of the enterprise,but also the user’s life.In the domestic and international automobile tire market competition intensified,it is urgent to improve China’s automobile tire quality stability,how to make the quality of automobile tire close to the quality of big foreign brand tires is currently facing the main task.This paper firstly introduces the theory foundation of quality management,including some methods of quality management overview and quality control,quality improvement,quality control of the main methods of statistical process control(SPC)principle and control chart to find jobs with insufficient process capability,control and dynamic PDCA circulation system to find out the reasons,to solve the problem.Then the paper describes the current situation of the quality control of the company,analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the process of quality control.In the performance of specific personnel quality consciousness and lack of skills,equipment failure rate is high,the unqualified materials being misused,part of the special characteristics of the project process ability is insufficient,the inspector process inspection method are not standardized and the working environment pollution.On this basis,the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures from five aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment.Finally,we can improve the quality of tire,enhance the brand image of the company,and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
