In recent years,accidents frequently occur in the operation of power enterprises in China,which not only threaten the health and life of the people,but also cause serious economic losses to the enterprises.The safety management of power plant operation is a high risk industry,poor safety management will lead to adverse consequences in many aspects of cost and environment,thus realizing the safety management of the overall goal of enterprise operation is very important.Safety management of scientific methods and perfect safety management system can not only guarantee the high efficiency and high quality enterprises to achieve business goals,but also can bring more economic benefits,but also for the development of the national economy and the stability of people's lives has a special significance.This paper takes safety management as the object of study,and analyzes the safety management risk existing in the operation of H power plant.First of all,through the literature review of the related theory,the research process of the concept and background are summarized;then the paper selected the safety management of H power plant as an example,the safety management problems and its performance is analyzed,and the use of fishbone diagram,risks of safety management of H power plant operation the process is analyzed;according to the above analysis of the safety management of power plant H PDCA theory results,puts forward some measures and suggestions to optimize the system based on safety management.Through the study of this paper can get the following conclusions:(1)in the process of safety management of H power plant is the main problem:the personnel safety responsibility is not in place,repetitive habitual accidents.Is the main cause of these problems:the staff safety consciousness,safety training seriously insufficient,management is not standardized,do not place the system(2)through the analysis of the fishbone diagram can be seen in the safety management of H power plant risk mainly for the people,and the safety management system of 3 main factors and 33 segmentation the breakdown of the factors;(3)the safety management system was further optimized based on the PDCA cycle method.The system includes the development of safety management system,safety management plan,the implementation of safety management and safety management,and expounds the concrete tasks and methods of each link.
