Research On Safety Risk Management Of JW Power Plant Production Stage

After the party’s Fourth Plenary Session of eighteen,the "rule of law" concept gradually to a new height. In recent years,countries continue to revise the "safety production law", "occupation health law", "environmental protection law", the legal promulgated and implemented,the release of enterprises must operate in accordance with the law,an important signal of stare decisis,must not go beyond the security production of red! In order to meet the needs of the increasingly stringent safety production and environmental protection management,the trend of the establishment of the safety risk management system of the production and management units is increasingly clear. The life cycle of the large thermal power plant is in the construction phase,the production stage,the expansion phase,the individual units involved in the transformation stage,the stage of the different security risks exist. In this paper,the safety risk management in production stage is studied. The contents, objectives and methods of safety risk management of power plant,labor safety, occupational health and safety risk management are put forward.In the first part of the paper,the paper describes the development of risk management,the risk management of the production stage,the production stage of the risk factors,the traditional control means has been difficult to effectively support the security risks,the traditional control means has been difficult to effectively support the security risk,the traditional control means has been difficult to effectively support the situation and achieve the relevant parties. Based on the semi quantitative evaluation method,the risk factors are classified. Then the GB/T28001 and NOSA are integrated with the management model. Finally,the key factors of the evaluation are analyzed,and the theoretical model is established.In safety management,the risk management of thermal power plant is not once and for all,it is necessary to carry out the whole process of risk management,determine whether the risk response measures are effective,and constantly identify new risks,formulate new response measures,and ultimately achieve sustainable development of enterprises,employee safety demands fully meet the harmonious situation.
