Heze Slow Traffic System Planning Strategy Research

The current accelerating urbanization process in China,city scale also subsequently increasing,urban construction also has attracted more and more attention,which the planning and construction of urban road,not only in relation to the operation and development of a city whether reasonable,but also to the residents daily travel,so more attention.Urban road skeleton once the structure is complete,the general in a long period of time is difficult to change,so rational planning of city roads not only on what is now the city,to the future development of the city produced important influence.Urbanization not only brings us a wealth of material,but also brings a series of environmental problems.Due to the rapid development of motor vehicles,coupled with the car based,ignore the slow line of the unreasonable traffic patterns,resulting in more and more congestion in the city road,is one of the most everyday problems we face.How to return to the motor vehicle based traffic mode to "people oriented" mode of transport,to advocate the priority of green travel mode,is a question worthy of our discussion.Slow traffic,mainly refers to walking and bicycle traffic,as a part of urban comprehensive traffic,is the most popular way of travel of urban residents in China,with a broad mass base.Slow traffic has the advantages of environmental protection,energy saving and low carbon,so it is an effective strategy to solve the problem of urban traffic.The purpose of this paper is to explore the slow traffic planning strategy suitable for urban development,to establish a systematic,comfortable and orderly traffic system.This paper takes Heze city of Shandong Province as an example.According to the theory of urban slow traffic system planning to focus on,through the analysis of the current situation of Heze slow traffic,to understand the characteristics of Heze City and slow traffic demand,points out the problems existed in the current slow traffic system in Heze City,and the reasons of the problems are analyzed;in reference on the basis of practical experience at home and abroad,put forward in Heze City slow traffic system planning strategy,including three macro,meso and micro levels.Macro level: to solve the problem of the network of Heze slow traffic system.Medium level: to solve the problem of slow traffic priority areas and characteristics of the slow line in Heze city.Micro level: solving the problem of slow nodes in the slow traffic system of Heze city.Through the study of slow traffic system in Heze City,and strive to explore in the process of urbanization,how to according to the characteristics of city,reasonable layout of urban slow traffic system,promote urban road traffic to a reasonable and orderly operation,hope to provide some theoretical and practical support for Heze City and similar regions of the slow traffic system planning.
