The Analysis And Evaluation Of Covered Bridge Landscape In Northeast Fujian

The covered bridge is one of the landmarks in Northeast Fujian,which has important history,cultural,and artistic value.With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of technology,many covered bridges have been destroyed or even disappeared due to lack of protection.Because of the current situation,the protection and development of covered bridge are imminent.Studies on covered bridge published these days mainly focused on the relationship between covered bridges and human settlement,aesthetics,construction culture,and folk belief of covered bridges,while the analysis of landscape of covered bridge remained understudied.Based on a large amount of field work and questionnaire survey,this article used analytic hierarchy process to analysis the landscape of Northeast Fujian covered bridges,hoping to provide theoretical reference of covered bridge protection work to Northeast Fujian area and across the country.Main results are as follows:(1)Through field investigation and literature summary,from the aspects of natural and humanity landscape,this article analyzed the causes and elements of Northeast Fujian covered bridges landscape,which included 4 natural landscape elements:landform landscape,water landscape,plant landscape and climate landscape,and 16 humanity landscape elements:covered bridge room,covered bridge structure and covered bridge abutment,etc.(2)From aspects of natural and humanity landscape,this article established Northeast Fujian covered bridge landscape evaluation system by selecting 10 indicators(landform,water landscape,and plant landscape,etc.)for element layer and 35 indicators(terrain elevation,landscape fragmentation,and water body form,etc.)for index layer.In comprehensive evaluation layer,the value of humanity landscape index(0.7880)was greater than that of natural landscape(0.2120).In project evaluation layer,covered bridge body element which was 0.3173 had the greatest weight.In factor evaluation layer,the maximum value of covered bridge room factor was 0.1233.(3)According to the evaluation system of Northeast Fujian covered bridge landscape,60 covered bridges in Northeast Fujian were evaluated.They were divided into 3 ranks.10 covered bridges with scores of 3.5 points or higher were considered to have the best comprehensive landscape effect,including Wanan covered bridge,Luanfeng covered bridge,Baixiang covered bridge,Yangmeizhou covered bridge,Qianchen covered bridge,etc.18 covered bridges with scores between 3.0 and 3.5 points had good comprehensive landscape effect,which included Hongjun covered bridge,Shenxian covered bridge,Xiaodongshang covered bridge,Guangli covered bridge,and Guangfu covered bridge,etc.32 covered bridges including Feima covered bridge,Guxia covered bridge,Shuangquan covered bridge,Xinkang covered bridge,Youxi covered bridge,etc.had lower than 3 points therefore had general comprehensive landscape effect.Finally put forward the optimization strategy for Northeast Fujian covered bridges protection and development.
