A Study On The Visual Evaluation Of Cultural Landscape In Historic Districts Of Fujian

Historic District,which is an important part of historical culture city and is also a"microcosm of urban development",carries the traditional Chinese culture and is the city's precious wealth.However,the acceleration of the urbanization process is destroying these well-polished blocks with huge historical accumulation gradually,people increasingly realize the indispensable existence of historical blocks,and start to conduct a series of protection work.As the historical district of the "soul",cultural landscape is within the protection of neighborhood areas.At present,the research on the cultural landscape of historical blocks is mainly focused on the level of how to simply protect them;the number of research on landscape visual evaluation is relatively few.On the basis of combing the both domestic and international research results of cultural landscape and landscape visual evaluation of historical blocks,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of historical blocks and cultural landscapes,the elements of the cultural blocks of historical blocks,and raise the "The Contents and Theoretical Methods of Landscape Visual Evaluation" of historic culture neighborhoods.After the on-the-spot investigation,we selected six provincial-level historical culture blocks(three square lanes and seven lanes historical and cultural blocks,Zhu Zifang historical and cultural blocks,Zhongshan Road historical and cultural blocks,West Street historical and cultural blocks,East Street historical culture The street,the shop(building)street and the Wutong street historical culture block)as the object of the study.According to the constituent elements of the cultural landscape of the neighborhood,the author investigated the cultural landscape status of these blocks from the two aspects of material elements and cultural elements,including the historical changes in neighborhoods,streets and alleys pattern,buildings(structure),the natural environment and humanities and other information,and arranged all data into a table.By using the SD method and factor analysis synthetically to evaluate the cultural landscape of the selected 6 historical blocks,factor analysis was carried out on the data obtained from the SD questionnaire,and five factors affecting the cultural landscape of the historical blocks were extracted from the 27 evaluation factors Visual factors,and named the five common factors(perception factor,environment factor,place factor,atmosphere factor and topography factor)respectively,and constructed the visual evaluation system of cultural landscape in the neighborhood,combined with the weight of each factor,Derived the historical street cultural landscape visual evaluation formula,calculated by the various blocks of comprehensive evaluation score.Finally,according to the size of the scores,the visual effects of the cultural blocks of 6 blocks were sorted and the scores of the three blocks were selected to analyze the quantitative data of cultural landscape visual evaluation.The cultural landscape of the outstanding historical blocks Visual environment protection and the construction process can learn from.
