With the development of the civil aviation industry,constructions and expansions of airports are rising,and airspace resources are becoming tenser.The workload of the flight procedure designer is increasing,and developments of civil aviation also put forward new requirements for flight procedure design.It is a problem that needs to be solved of present flight procedure design to improve the design efficiency with considering other goals like reducing noises and improving economic efficiency based on flight safety.Based on the relevant rules of the DOC8168,initial approach segment of instrument approach procedure is selected as the object of the study.Combining the flight procedure design with the mathematical model and starting from the possible direction of track optimization,this paper explores the possibility of track optimization and seeks of the optimized initial approach track on specific airport.First of all,based on the design criteria and design parameters,this paper discusses the necessity of optimizing the initial approach segment and identifies the key issues on design of initial approach segment.Secondly,this paper abstracts the design criteria into mathematical expressions,and establishes track model of initial approach segment which aims at safety.Thirdly,by analyzing the possibility of direction on track optimization,Thirdly,by analyzing the feasible of track-optimization directions,two optimization indexes are chosen—namely noise reduction and operation costs.Aiming at appropriate noise reduction and operation costs reduction,a flight-track optimization model is established.Then,by choosing specific airports and using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the weight values of these two optimization indexes in flight-track optimization can be calculated.In combination with flight-track optimization model and weight values calculated above,the comprehensive flight-track operation model of airports can be built up.At last,by digitally processing airport geographical data,the key obstacles can be chosen out.In accordance with track model and comprehensive flight-track operation model mentioned above,the optimal initial approach track can be obtained.Meanwhile,compared with the current flight procedure,the possibility and advantages of the optimized flight procedure are analyzed.The research findings of this paper can provide a possible direction of automation of flight procedure design and new thoughts of operation benefits improvement and noise reduction. |
