| The central heating system is an important infrastructure in cities of North China.How to extend the central heating system in order to improve the living conditions of residents is an important project in the background of the relocation and expansion project of coal mining settlement area in Northeast China.The city of A is one of national hundred counties in coal producing,the comprehensive control of coal mining settlement area is very necessary.The problems of A city's central heating system are the heating area insufficient,heating capacity insufficient,and backward technology of boiler.In order to solve the problems,A city decides to build new heat source plants.This article chooses expansion project of central heating in H District of A city as a case study,and researches the risk of the project.In the first part,I explain the background and significance of the research,including to describe the expansion project,analyze the problem of the central heating system,and describe the design plan of the expansion project.The part one is also a theoretical preparation part,I analyze the definition of project management,the concept of risk management,the concept of risk,the process and method of risk identification,the methods of risk response and concern the research method of the paper.In the second part,combined with practice of the expansion project of central heating in H District,I establish 3 first level riskindices and 25 second level riskindices according to identify the risks of environment,construction period and operation period.In the third part,I evaluate the risk of the project,including financial evaluation,uncertainty analysis,risk assessment of each stage and overall risk assessment.In the fourth part,I build a risk management system on the basis of evaluation results,in order to systematize,programmed and standardize the project risk management.In the last part,I summarize all the paper,and provide reference for the similar project. |
