Research On Risk Management Of TDYH Project

In recent years,the scale of China's real estate projects has been expanding and it's developing rapidly.Currently,the domestic industry is transformed from the traditional management mode to the independent management mode.In the stage of reform and utilization of technology,the managers of real estate projects hope to enhance the management level of the project construction and to achieve their goals by professional risk management,for the rich management experience and professional knowledge.Therefore,it needs more in-depth understanding and research of engineering supervision knowledge,methods and techniques to need the market demand and provide quality services for the construction of real estate projects.This paper will focus on TDYH.In the first part,it is about the definition and concept of the project risk.And then it analyzes the problems during the project implementation based on the related theories.This thesis will take TDYHproject for key research object,from the aspects of the basic theory of project risk were preliminary definition and description,gradually deepening the study on project risk related theories and ideas,focus on strengthening the process management of project risk analysis and judge,and combined with the problems during project implementation and operation,comprehensive research and comparative analysis of multiple process involves the goal,the technology and method.TDYH project is a high risk,high investment project,so it is inevitable to encounter a variety of risks.By drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign construction project,combined with the characteristics of the development of construction projects in our country,this paper will take TDYH as an example.Through the description of the basic theory of construction project,investment project,and the four directions including risk planning,identification,assessment and prevention,it attempts to explore the path of risk management suitable for the construction projects in China.The specific contents are as follows:First of all,the problem is put forward.Through the research background and purpose,research review,research ideas and research methods,and so on content,on construction project risk management has made the simple comb,and for below for detailed analysis and exploration in the theory basis.Second,the exploration of the problem.The core content of the article,an overview of the main contents include the basic theory,TDYH project overview and risk identification,risk assessment of TDYH project implementation and deal with the results.Through the analysis of this part,the content of the risk management for construction project and have a basic understanding of the basic method.Finally,the conclusion of the problem.Namely TDYH project risk response and article conclusion and prospect.Through the analysis of the two parts,our risk management of construction project has its own opinions and Suggestions,hope these Suggestions for our country construction engineering project risk management to make a contribution.Based on the reference of the theory of general risk management project,this paper digs the root of risk in TDYH project and use different techniques to compare different risk problems.It provides some new experiences and methods of risk searching,identification,evaluation and control.It has a certain guiding significance of putting the theory of risk management of TDYH project into practice.
