Study On The Related Technology Of Consulting Of Metro Vehicles

As modernized way of communication and transportation,the urban rail transit,with its safe,efficient,convenient,energy saving advantages,is playing a more and more important role in solving the increasingly heavy traffic in metropolis.It is gradually realized that the construction of the modern integrated transportation system,which builds up the rail transit system as the backbone,has become the essential way to solve the traffic problem in metropolis.According to the statistics of China Association Of Metros,a total of 58 cities are building or preparing their own rail transit in mainland China,those 7 ways of urban rail transit standards are metro,light rail,monorail,city-fast track,modern tram,APM and magnetic suspension trains,in which metro accout for more than 76%.The demand for metro vehicle will be huge.As the largest part of investment in the metro engineering,the metro vehicle,is also the key equipment in the future,which is related to the economic benefit and social evaluation.Besides,it is very complicated with the civil engineering and other mechanical and electrical equipment systems.So,it is very important to select the vehicle with safe,reliable,advanced technical performance,and the scientific vehicle technical advisory services also play a positive role in the selection of vehicle.As a metro vehicle consulting unit,the paper combined with the models and experience of domestic metro vehicle consulting projects,puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the project in the process of vehicle procurement and design,from the point of vehicle technology consulting.According to the order of the workflows of the vehicle consulting,in the second chapter,the paper introduced the key points of the preparatory stage,the stage of the vehicle purchase and the contract negotiation,as well as the contact and review of the vehicle design,in the third chapter,the technical scheme of the main system of metro vehicle is studied,in which provided the basis for the preparation of user requirements,the fourth chapter studied the whole process of the vehicle procurement bidding and contract negotiation,and focused on the preparation of the bidding documents,the evaluation of the tender documents,and the negotiation of the vehicles,the fifth chapter studied the major technical issues of the vehicle and traction system in the design and review phase,the sixth chapter studied the relationship between the vehicle and the related system,which provides the basis and suggestion for the construction unit(owner)in the selection and design of the vehicle,also provides reference for the consulting staff.
