Abstract/Summary:
Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the construction industry urgently needs to carry out informatization construction,and then realize transformation and upgrading.As a typical information technology,BIM uses the functions of building models,information sharing and visualization to bring many benefits to the project implementation,and also attracts more and more attention from the construction industry.However,the current domestic BIM application level is relatively low,and most scholars’ research is also focused on specific applications in design and construction.The understanding of the use of BIM for innovative development of project management models and other collaborative applications is relatively shallow,especially with stakeholders There is little research on management collaboration applications.At the same time,there are few results in the research of the impact of BIM on project performance.In addition,through analysis of the problems in the application of BIM in the construction industry,it is found that most of the factors that hinder the application of BIM are closely related to stakeholders.Therefore,in order to promote the smooth development of information construction in the construction industry,from the perspective of stakeholder management,this article explores the impact and mechanism of the collaborative application of BIM and stakeholder management on project performance,with a view to improving the level of BIM application for construction companies And provide references for improving project performance.This article first briefly introduces the research background and raises research questions,and then explains the research purpose and significance.Through the literature survey method,the relevant literatures of BIM,stakeholder management and project performance are sorted out,related concepts are defined and the dimensions are divided.Based on the division of dimensions,reference to previous research results,combined with the characteristics of BIM technology and the status of the construction industry,the measurement items of each research variable were identified.Using semi-structured interviews,the measurement items are reviewed to form the measurement scale of this article,and a questionnaire is designed based on this.Then through literature research,two sets of five research hypotheses are proposed,and the theoretical model of this paper is constructed accordingly.In the empirical study,143 valid questionnaires were distributed and recovered,and then the questionnaire survey method and partial least squares structural equation model were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.The results show that effective BIM application can directly have a significant impact on project performance;BIM can indirectly have a significant impact on project performance through dynamic stakeholder management(SD);BIM can indirectly affect project performance through stakeholder participation(SE)Significantly affected.And from the three levels of BIM application capacity building,strengthening the integration of BIM and stakeholder dynamic management(SD)and strengthening BIM and stakeholder participation(SE),countermeasures and suggestions for improving the level of BIM application are proposed.Finally,the limitations and deficiencies of this paper are analyzed,and future research directions are proposed.
