Study Of Developer's Bidding Decision In The Model Of Bill Of Quantity

Construction industry is becoming an iconic symbol of China economic growth since China executed his Open Policy, whatever the domestic real estate and the industrial plant constructed following by WOFE investment prevailing, esp. the latter one brought us advanced BOQ model, but also advanced PM skill. While when we discussed on bidding decision.it still becoming a concerned topic, what kind of the criteria is reasonable and effective for procurement managers? We need further and in-depth analysis and study.Here-in this article, we will establish a model on the basis of TFN-TOPSIS, cite a case study of SS project bidding decision calculated in BOQ. Firstly, we shall list typical evaluation system, have qualitative analysis transferred into quantitative research, Finally, we will achieve the optimal solution.to verify the availability of this TFN-TOPSIS model, we will back tracking from the real case, and share the constructor's performance from the perspective of quality, cost, change management and schedule control, based on this closed-circuit verification, we'll definitely believe in TFN-TOPSIS model.Although we enjoyed the big advantage of this model, we still face some defects such as unavoidable subjectivity; generally, we can conclude it could be more effective and objective when we utilize TFN-TOPSIS for making decision.The research of this paper can be used for reference and guidance for the decision stage of similar working situation.
