Since the release of the "Vision and Action for Promoting the Joint Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 Actual Maritime Silk Road",the "Belt and Road" has gradually become the core of China's adherence to the "community of human destiny" and actively demanding the construction of a new international political and economic order.At the same time,one of the strategies is to continuously promote the rapid development of China's construction industry,and its position in the construction of international engineering projects has become increasingly prominent,especially in developing countries in Asia and Africa.Overseas sub-supplied bidding and procurement may be affected by objective and unpredictable invisible factors such as the geographical environment of the host country,political and cultural influences,legal system,personal safety,and insufficient sub-supplier bidding,sub-supplier qualification issues,and price inconsistency.The impact of major factors such as labor access,low labor efficiency,and insufficient materials and equipment resources have caused varying degrees of difficulty in the entire recruitment and procurement process.In response to these problems,this study took part of the domestic supply and procurement process of a certain company of China Construction Engineering Corporation as a target,classified analysis of the sub-supply and procurement process in the country where the project is located,and focused on the parts that need to be improved in the recruitment process.This article first summarizes the current status of research on sub-supplied procurement at home and abroad,and secondly describes the relevant theoretical basis in this study,elaborating BY companies' overseas sub-supplied bidding with developed Asian countries,developing countries in Southeast Asia,and developing African countries The basic mode of procurement,using a questionnaire to analyze the current status of BY's overseas sub-supplied bidding procurement model,and obtained the main influencing factors that affect the overseas sub-supplied bidding procurement.The construction of sub-supply and procurement model puts forward certain reference significance.
