As the biggest waters of China.South China Sea teems with maritime commerce.Along with Chinese national strategy of building.The 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road,China will promote the full range cooperation with the countries along the Maritime Silk Road in the fields of trade,shipping,energy and environment,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the economy.The focus of the two directions are from China through the South China Sea respectively to Europe and the South Pacific,visible in the South China Sea in the national economic strategic position is very important.At present,China's shipping industry,fisheries,offshore marine engineering development,marine tourism and so on have undergone new changes,especially in the South China Sea marine resources development from offshore to ocean expansion,marine rights and interests confront with complex forms,how to establish the scientific allocation in the South China Sea,rapid response to deal with efficiently,full coverage,formidable maritime conditions to run the rescue team to enhance the rapid and efficient response to mass life in distress,large tonnage of sunken ships,large-scale oil spills and hazardous chemicals pollution and other major unexpected events.At the same time,the rescue team should implement the deep ocean rescue mission well,involved in dealing with national maritime major events.All above is extremely important to the national marine strategic development.Based on the actual work,this paper enumerates the performance and rescue cases of different salvage forces in the South China Sea professional rescue team,analyzes the advantages of different rescue forces,and analyzes the characteristics of the South China Sea waters,combining the data and examples.It is found that the shortage of dynamic rescue station layout in the South China Sea and the urgent need to further improve the efficiency of emergency disposal.The author is hoping to take this opportunity to design a dynamic rescue station layout optimization program,and configure the corresponding rescue force.For the purpose of further improving the efficiency of rescue in the South China Sea waters,optimizing the allocation of rescue forces to effectively meet the ardent requirements of national masses to the professional rescue forces,to protect the South China Sea economic activities and promote china marine development,especially to support the national strategy,Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road.
