With the rapid development of highway engineering construction,safety risk identification assessment and prevention has become a top priority in the project management(construction)in this paper,first of all to the current highway safety risk management,this paper discusses the background of that current our country,in the period of construction of rapid development is coincided with the rapid development of highway engineering construction opportunity but in the process of this kind of project construction safety risk management standardization and effectiveness of the still exist certain problems,further in-depth discussions,in order to promote the progress of our country highway engineering construction safety risk management.It is under the background of continuous improvement of infrastructure construction and great development and prosperity of highway construction in China that this paper carries out the research.In combination with the background of guangdong zhongkai expressway TJ-8 project,appropriate research methods are selected to evaluate the safety risks of this project and relevant risk prevention and control measures are proposed.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance and the current situation of the research on construction safety risk management at home and abroad,and determines the research content,research methods and research ideas of this paper.Then,it introduces the theoretical basis of risk assessment of expressway engineering projects,defines the safety risk of engineering projects and the basic content of safety risk management of engineering projects,and introduces the safety risk management methods of expressway engineering projects in the construction stage.Finally to TJ-8 in highway project as the background for safety risk identification,project risk mainly contains the construction personnel,design risk,environment risk,equipment risk,management risk five types of construction materials safety risk factors,thus to build the highway project construction safety risk evaluation index system,and on the basis of the established index system design of the questionnaire,using factor analysis method analysis of data collected by questionnaire,the statistical results,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each index,by Kent index method for engineering construction safety risk assessment,to determine the project construction safety risk,And put forward the corresponding construction safety risk response measures.Combining with the highway project risk management research achievements both at home and abroad,to open the highway from TJ-8 of project risk management theory and practice of two parts,this thesis probes into the TJ-8 for the highway project risk management provides a complete steps of analysis and theoretical model,put forward the open highwayTJ-8 projects safety risk coping strategies,so as to other highway project construction safety risk management in our country the researchers provide theoretical and practical reference,thus promotes our country the constant improvement of the highway project construction safety risk management and improvement.
