The successful realization of the general goals of the project depends on the scientific management of the project objectives.With the expansion of the project scale and the complexity of project management,the difficulty of project management becomes more and more difficult.As the core objectives of project management,Cost,schedule and quality form the basic target elements of integrated management system,the integrated management of these three main objectives has always been a hot topic in the field of project management.However,the integrated evaluation of cost,schedule and quality has always been the lack of objective and reasonable method,especially the quantitative problem of quality has been a major problem in the academic circles.Therefore,it is very urgent to find a way to integrate these three objectives from the point of view of project management.Based on the system’s perspective,the thesis studies the cost,schedule and quality of the three main objectives of the project.In order to keep the quality and cost,schedule and integration in a unified system,this thesis fully considers the relationship of the unity of opposites among the cost,schedule and quality,digs the earned value principle and linkage control thought of earned value method,innovates the earned value method of quality,further improves the earned value management system,and constructs integrated index system based on earned value,so as to make it possible for extending it from 2D to 3D Integration.On this basis,the hall three dimensions structure model for reference,the cost,schedule,quality,three main objectives are transformed into geometric vector spaces,a cost schedule quality 3D Integration System with quantization scale is established,then,the vector of the planned value and the measured value of the three goals of the project are obtained in the three-dimensional integrated system.Finally,combines with the vector cosine vector to evaluate the target vector and actual vector in three-dimensional integrated system,realizes the thesis logic transformation of geometric integration to algebraic evaluation,establishing a three dimensional integrated dynamic evaluation model of cost,schedule and quality during the whole construction period.The empirical study shows that the model is feasible and practical.
