In view of the shortage of water resources in recent years,reclaimed water has become the second largest source of water in Beijing,so it is imminent to speed up the construction of sewage treatment and reclaimed water.The construction of reclaimed waterworks project generally has the characteristics of large investment in construction funds,complicated water treatment process and construction time,strict construction period,high difficulty in construction project and high quality standard.Therefore,the construction project of reclaimed waterworks is cost and progress under the premise of ensuring safety.And the quality of integrated control and coordination is particularly important.Based on the analysis of the status quo of research on integrated management and Earned Value Analysis,this thesis introduces the theoretical knowledge of the relevant methods in the construction project,and focuses on the integrated management ideas and models in the reconstruction project of the reclaimed water plant.The applicability of the management system.At the same time,it analyzes the incomplete and unscientific place of the traditional Earned Value Management Law,introduces the idea of quality earned value,and uses the fuzzy evaluation method to quantify the actual quality level.Through the control of quality Earned value method and the evaluation index of Earned Value Method,the thesis analyzes the three indexes of cost,schedule and quality in construction process,and puts forward reasonable and efficient corrective measures to manage the three elements in order to achieve the optimal construction project management.Taking the construction of Q-reclaimed waterworks project as an example,the paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the integrated management and the improved Earned Value Management Law,and through the actual data collection and collation in the process of engineering,and analyzes the actual situation of the site,Of the scientific framework,to find a rather targeted,and sound construction of integrated management methods.The thesis puts forward a feasible solution to the control of the three goals of cost,schedule and quality,and allows the owners to rely on the system data to determine the integrated data of the construction project.Project status,comprehensive management system to solve the problem,to maximize the overall interests of the project as a goal.At the same time,it validates the feasibility and validity of Earned Value Management Law.This is not only a supplement to the theoretical study of the project management model of reclaimed water use projects,but also has a reference for the future management of such projects.
